Refunds & Exchanges

At Ms Coquette, we operate a strict no refund, no exchange, and no return policy. All orders are final.

Each of our pieces is made to order, tailored to your selected size and length to ensure the best possible fit. As part of our commitment to craftsmanship and sustainability, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the issue is a result of an error on our part (such as incorrect size, length, or style).

If you change your mind or decide you do not like the item after receiving it, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or process refunds.

Once an order is confirmed, Ms Coquette is under no obligation to accept alteration or exchange requests. Any such requests will be reviewed solely at our discretion and subject to availability.

Exceptions to the Policy

The only exception applies if you receive:

  • A faulty item, or

  • An incorrect order

In these cases, clear photos must be provided for assessment. If the issue is confirmed to be from our side, the item will be replaced. Please note that refunds are not issued under any circumstances.

All Ms Coquette pieces undergo strict quality control checks before dispatch to ensure they meet our standards.
