Shipping & Returns
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 weeks (3 to 4 weeks during peak season) from the receipt of your order confirmation email.

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout, and please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

We have a strict no exchange, no refund, and no return policy.
The only exception is if you receive a faulty product or an incorrect order. In such cases, we will require clear photos to assess the issue. If the damage is confirmed to be from our side, we will replace the piece, but no refunds will be issued.

Yes, we offer alterations at a fixed cost of 50 AED. The customer is responsible for shipping the abaya to us, as well as covering the return shipping cost, which will be the same as the original shipping cost.

To maintain the quality and longevity of your abaya, we recommend professional dry cleaning and using a light steam for a fresh, polished look.

We strive for the highest color accuracy in our abaya images, but slight variations may occur due to different screen settings and device displays.
For custom prints, minor differences between print batches are also possible. To get the best idea of the true color, we recommend adjusting your screen settings.
Yes! Every abaya includes a matching sheila, either printed or plain. You can find more details in each abaya’s description.
Currently, we do not have a showroom. However, you can shop our Mscoquette abayas online.
