Order Processing & Shipping Time

All orders are made to order and are processed within 1 to 3 weeks from the time you receive your order confirmation email.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a separate notification containing your tracking details.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

For local orders, delivery typically takes 1–2 business days after the pickup notification from the courier. You will receive an email once your order has shipped, along with your tracking number for easy monitoring.

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping. International shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, taxes (including VAT), or other charges upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. Ms Coquette does not cover or control these additional fees.

Order Status & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number to follow your shipment.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active and update in the courier system.
