Exceptions apply only in the rare event that an item arrives damaged or incorrect. In such cases, clear photographs will be required for review. If the issue is verified as a fault on our end, a replacement will be arranged. Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

For custom and printed designs, subtle variations between print batches are a natural part of the production process. Print placement may also vary from one piece to another, as each garment is individually cut. This means that design elements may appear in slightly different positions, making every abaya uniquely composed while remaining faithful to the original design.
